Acento provides direct account deletion in the iOS and Android app and in signed-in web account settings. This page explains the deletion steps, the data removed, the narrow security record retained, and how to request help if account access is unavailable.
Open Account settings in the mobile app or on the web, choose Delete account, and complete the confirmation. Apple-authenticated users authorize with Apple again in the iOS app so Acento can revoke the Apple token before deleting the account.
Deletion removes the sign-in identity and Acento learning profile, practice history, progress, plans, reminders, device tokens, linked services, API keys, and subscription entitlement. Private mobile recordings are cleared from that device.
An App Store or Google Play subscription must be canceled separately in the applicable store. Users who cannot access an account can email Acento from the account address so ownership can be verified before deletion.
